After getting in so late last night, we looked forward to a chill day. Sue made a delicious French toast casserole for breakfast and after cleaning up we took coffee and headed to the sun room. It was so hot that we all were content to just enjoy the breeze from the lake and chat. When Sue and Ron were at our house in April, it was a short visit that was centered around the Yankees vs Pirates opening day.
Earle and Ron took a bit of a walk and watered some of the many flowers around their home. Ron definitely has a knack for gardening. Had a bit of lunch - some delicious chicken salad was a highlight. I am not sure how we passed so much time just enjoying each other's company and chatting, but we did. I could sit and look at the water for hours at a time.

Sue's She Shed
Around 4 Jim and Kate came for cocktails and dinner. Again, we had hardly seen them in April and we caught up with them with a lot of political talk and exasperation. Ron cooked hot dogs and hamburgers along with the sides that Sue had prepared. Delicious Revel Bars for dessert.
After they left we talked about watching The South Park episode that skewered DJT, but we couldn't get it to load.
Off to bed where I watched the Pirates game on my phone. Pulled out a 6-5 victory over the Giants!.
